Dear Carter Family, I worked with Stuart years ago at Travelers Insurance. I know he loved working on compensation claims and catching people "in the act" of doing something that supposedly prevent them from working. He loved that job so I completely understand why he became an investigator. I'm sorry for your loss with prayers going to all the family. May he rest in peace
