Obituary of Carl A. Jennejahn

Hamlin:  Carl A. Jennejahn was born on September 14, 1935 and passed away on June 11, 2020, at the age of 84.  He was predeceased by his parents, John & Edna Jennejahn; his sister, Caroline Rogers; his brother, Jack Jennejahn; and his sister-in-law, Sandy Jennejahn. 

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Judith; his children, Laura (Gary) Christopher, Barry Jennejahn & Matthew (Wendy) Jennejahn; his grandchildren, John Paul “JP” Emmanuelli, Alexander Jennejahn, Nathaniel Christopher and Andrew Christopher; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Carl served in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. He graduated from Hilton High School and SUNY Brockport and was a retired teacher from the Byron-Bergen Central School District.  He loved to play golf, enjoyed bowling, attending sporting events and traveling with his family.  He was active in the Trinity Lutheran Church in Spencerport.
