I worked at the Y with Steve. Always pleasant and such a nice person to have known. He always spoke so fondly of his family. God bless you all and know that my prayers are with you.

I worked with Steve at the Westside Y. Steve was a great guy to work along side. He took his job responsibilities very serious and enjoyed being around others. I will miss opening the Y on some Saturday mornings and having him already turned the lights on and ready to start the day.

He was committed to his family and loved his grandchildren. He always had a story to tell of his looking forward to them graduating from high school, college,growing up and living meaningful lives. Be encouraged and know that others are praying for you all at this time of bereavement.

I had the privilege of working with Steve at the Y over the past 3 1/2 years, mostly on Saturday mornings. He was solidly reliable, good natured, fun to talk to, and so missed already. His devotion to his family was very present. I am so very sorry for your loss. It helps knowing he’s not suffering now, but I will miss his smile, his sense of humor, and his company. I wish you all peace and happiness in life.
