Obituary of Phyllis C. Schafer

Hamlin: Peacefully on May 3, 2016 at age 93. Phyllis was predeceased by her husband, Donald in 2014, and her son, Donald, Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Roxanne Schafer, Martha Brandt (Walter) and Katherine Schafer; her grandchildren, Amy Noble, Sara McAuliffe; her great-grandchildren, Donielle, Katana and Hadyn; her great-great granddaughter, Elli; her daughter-in-law, Rebecca Schafer-Cole; her sisters-in-law, Irene Manitsas, Marie Costich & Cynthia Schafer; and her several nieces, nephews and many friends. She was also predeceased by her brother, Emmett Costich and her sister, Rosemary Snyder. Friends are invited to call Saturday, May 7th from 2 – 3 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Brockport where a Memorial Service will be held at 3 o’clock. A Private Interment will be held in Lakeside Cemetery in Hamlin.
