Obituary of Steven L. Payne

Rochester – Steven L. Payne passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019 at the age of 67.  He was predeceased by his parents, Marilyn & Lloyd Payne.  He is survived by his brother, John Payne; his Uncle Charles Groves Jr.; his dear friend, James Caffrey; and nieces & nephews.

Steven was a veteran of the US Navy, serving in the Vietnam War era. He was honored to have played in the Navy band for President Nixon.  He was a hair dresser in the Rochester area.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family and will be announced early in the spring.  Interment Clarkson Union Cemetery.
