Condolences
Sorry to hear about Nancy's passing. We lived in the same subdivision in Hilton and I remember going over with my brothers to their home to watch football (I was very young but I think it was football). Always very kind and welcoming.

Gary, Helene, Bob, and John,
I am so sorry for the loss of your caring wife, and mother, yet joyful to hear Nancy is restored and in heaven with her Savior Jesus.
I believe that why it is said after a long journey, “rest in peace” my beloved.
I am so thankful for the many memories of Helene and I hanging together at your home on Paul Rd and always having fun. We grew up there! Even then I was impressed with Nancy’s strong work ethic, we would be listening to the Beatles or Simon and Garfunkel and she’d be headed to work! What a role model for sacrifice and love.
Nancy and my mom enjoyed each others company as well, like mother like daughter!! They even did Girl Scouts for us… we were blessed with wonderful mom’s.
I’m send you my deepest sympathy and love,
Deb
MY Friend
To Gary, Bob, Helene, John and family:
I am deeply sorry for your great loss and so grateful to have been Nancy's friend of 75 years ,which carried the benefit of being part of your family..I am equally appreciative that Gary honored Nancy and kept her home and to Tannie, Berniece, and Maddie for the care they faithfully rendered to her to be loved on.
Nancy was one of 5 girls, Shirley Gleason, Shirley Hunn, Joanne Perkins and myself from the 19th ward that formed a friendship most before grammar school that has lasted all our lives.
I do not recall a serious disagreement in all those years and we've remained attached at the hip through moves, marriages, births, crises, divorces, passing's and everything in between. Life's circumstances came and went but we were a constant source of encouragement and friendship. The laughter and love we had for each other could have supplied NYC with power for many years.
Saying goodbye is incredibly hard but the blessing is knowing we will see our Christian friend again and my memories will give me joy until then
Your forever friend,
Bonnie Brennan
