Obituary of Richard L. Sadler

Rochester - Richard "Dick" L. Sadler, born on July 8, 1942, passed away on December 29, 2023 at the age of 81. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Eleanor Sadler; his brother, J. Peter Sadler; his sister, Margaret Kruger; and his brother-in-law, Roland Harris. He is survived by his sister, Rosemary Harris; his brothers, Joseph (Barbara) Sadler and Edward (Dana) Sadler; his brother-in-law, William Kruger; his sisters-in-law, Sharon Sadler and Mary Lee Sadler; and many nieces and nephews.

Richard was retired from Johnston Linen in Medina where he worked as an Accountant. He was a faith filled Catholic.  After his retirement he lived in Florida where he enjoyed selling hot dogs at Florida baseball stadiums, delivering Meals-on-Wheels and newsletters in retirement communities, and walking on the beach. He will be deeply missed.

Family and friends are invited to attend Richard's Funeral Mass on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 10:00 am at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 110 Old Hojack Lane, Hilton, NY 14468.  Interment will be held in St. Joseph's Cemetery, 14687 East Avenue, Albion, New York 14411.
