Obituary of Robert Allen Hutchison

South Carolina/Spencerport - Robert A. Hutchison of Spencerport, NY, passed away in South Carolina on June 23, 2021 at the age of 83.  He was predeceased by his wife, Patricia (Watts) Hutchison.  He is survived by his children, Brian (Lori) Hutchison, Todd (Melissa Stinson) Hutchison, Scott (Kristy) Hutchison, Gary (Becky) Hutchison; his multiple grandchildren; his multiple great-grandchildren; his brother, Frank (Dori) Hutchison; his sister-in-law, Nancy Hutchison; and many nieces and nephews.  Robert was also predeceased by his brother, Charles Hutchison.

Robert was a Veteran of the US Army.  He retired from Eastman Kodak Company.  He attended Forestry School and loved nature.  He was Scout Master for all 4 of his sons from Cub Scouts through Boy Scouts and went on to earn his Woodbadge.  He enjoyed work and was always there for his neighbors.  His big heart was evident when he helped all his neighbors during the ice storm of 1991. He was a member of the American Legion.  Robert will be greatly missed.

Family and friends are invited to call Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 4-7 pm at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue, Hilton, where his funeral service will be held on Friday at 10 am.  Interment in Fairfield Cemetery in Spencerport.
