Obituary of Theresa L. Smith

Theresa "Terri" L. Smith passed away peacefully on June 24, 2020, at the age of 68, after a short illness.   She is predeceased by her parents, Hobart & Margaret Kirk, and her sister & brother-in-law, Sally & Ric Baker. She is survived by her children, Donald (Jamie) Smith, Brian Smith, Wayne Smith and Kathleen Zink; her grandchildren, Griffin, Natalie, Alexandra, and Severin; her siblings, MarySue Harris, Marguerite Kirk, and Charles Kirk; and many nieces & nephews.

Terri worked hard for everything she had.  She was most proud of her family and obtaining her pilot's license.  She worked for many years as a waitress at the Hilton Family Restaurant and at the Henrietta Walmart.  As a daughter of an Army family, Terri moved around quite a bit in her early life, finally settling back in her family's hometown of Niagara Falls, NY.  After enrolling at SUNY Brockport, she met and married the love of her life, Don.  They raised their family in Hilton, NY where she remained for many years.  She was a familiar face for many people in town and was a member of the Hilton Rotary Club.  She will be missed by many.
