Obituary of Mary P. Wright

Hilton – Mary P. Wright passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at the age of 96.  She was predeceased by her husband, Roscoe “Rocky” Wright in 2003; her son-in-law, George Ernst; and her granddaughter’s husband, John Ayers.  She is survived by her daughters, Marion Raney and Patricia Ernst; her grandchildren, Stacey Ayers and Joseph (Jennifer) Lissow; her great-grandchildren, TJ and Maddy Lissow; her sisters-in-law, Arlene Wright and Marion Herbstsommer; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Many people remember Mary as the Hilton Fire Department Dispatcher, residing and working at the old South Avenue fire house, with her husband for many years.  Mary sold Avon and in her spare time, loved to do crafts.
