Condolences
Ed was perhaps the last Korean War Veteran in the Military when he retired for the 401st Civil Affairs Company, US Army Reserves.
He had deployed to Fort Bragg with the unit as it prepared to deploy to Desert Storm and was a real morale booster and and loved by all.
Condolences to all his family.
CSM Raymond F. Schultheis, Retired
We’re so sad to hear of Edward’s passing. We were honored to take Edward on Honor Flight Rochester Mission 45 in October, 2015. Thank you to Edward for his service to our nation, and for his, and his family’s, support of HFR’s mission to honor all of our veterans.
Rest In Peace, Edward.
Jeff Gould - Director, HFR
