Was sorry to hear about the passing of your Mother. I often reminisce about growing up on North Ave with fond memories of both your Father and Mother who were great neighbors! While your mother would often tell me " you can call me Ann", I felt that was too impersonal for the lifetime neighbor, teacher and woman I respected. Mrs. Gronell you will always be treasured and loved; rest in peace.

So sorry to hear about your mother's passing. She was always very good to me as a child, and I have very great memories of being both a student and neighbor, as Dan was one of my best friends growing up. She will be missed.dPtyn

Dear Ann and Dan,

I'm so sorry about the loss of your MOM I taught with her in Hilton and when she

retired she gave me a lot of her English units.For a long time we have gotten together

for lunch,usually the Olive Garden. We were called,3 Anns and a Sandy. (Ann, Ann Butler

and Anne Abbey.There was always lots of laughter, sharing memories and an all around

good time. Please know you are in my prayers and my heart.

So sorry to hear of your recent loss. Ann was a fantastic individual and teacher and will be missed by all that knew her. I had the pleasure of working with her for many years in the HCSD. My thoughts and prayers are with the Gronell family during this difficult time.

Dear Dan, Ann and Family,

You are in my thoughts with the loss of your Mother. I remember having Mrs.Gronell in 6ht grade English at Merton Williams. All those books we had to read!!

We enjoyed her company at my Moms house many times where the card game wasn't bridge but Scat and money was won and lost!

She was be really missed by my Mom who loved playing bridge with her and enjoying dinner out with her company.
