Obituary of Audrey A. Burgess

Clarkson:  Audrey A. (Markel) Burgess passed away on December 31, 2017 at the age of 79.  She is survived by her devoted husband of 59 years, David A. Burgess; her children, Daniel A. (Laurie) Burgess, Edward A. Burgess and Ann M. Kingdollar (Michael Ridikas); her grandchildren, Elric, Cameron & Antoinette Burgess and Cody Buzard; her 2 great-grandchildren; her brother, George (Bev) Markel, Jr.; her many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.  She was predeceased by her parents, George Sr. & Thelma Markel and her granddaughter, Bridget Buzard. 

Friends are invited to call Friday, January 5th from 4-7 PM at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., 735 East Avenue, Hilton.  Audrey's Funeral Mass will be Saturday, January 6th at 10 AM at St. Leo the Great Church in Hilton.  At 4 PM on Saturday, January 6th, a Mass will be said at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in honor of Audrey and Dave's dedication to the Parish.  A Private Interment will be held in Parma Union Cemetery.  Those wishing may contribute to the American Heart Association/ American Stroke Association, PO Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241-7005 in Audrey's memory.
