Holley: May 1, 2017, at the age of 59. Sandy is survived by her children, Rachel and J.R. VanBortle; her father, Earl (Penny) Cupo & mother, Carol Cupo; sisters, Noreen (Brian) Dettman & Laurie (Rolly) Harris; companion, John Lamendola and several nieces and nephews.
