Obituary of Frances Justice

Hilton: Peacefully, December 24, 2016, Frances Justice at age 103. At the time of her death, Fran was the “oldest living Hilton native.� She was predeceased by her husband, Howard Justice in 1995; her parents, Henry & Marie (Pickstock) Cosman; and her brother Ward Cosman. She is survived by her many loving friends and family. Friends are invited to call Wednesday, December 28th from 10-11 AM at the THOMAS E.
