Hilton: Ruth W. Wagner passed peacefully at home on December 25, 2016 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by her husband, James. “Pat� is survived by her children, Robert (Julie) Wagner, Patricia (Richard) Carlson; her grandchildren, Megan (Craig) Hecker, James Wagner & Steven Butcher; her great-granddaughter, Ella; her brother, William (Marilyn) Walker; her sister, Janet (William) Brobst; her nieces, nephews & many friends. Friends are invited to call Wednesday, December 28th from 4 -7 PM at the THOMAS E. BURGER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 735 East Avenue in Hilton where a Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. after calling.
