Obituary of Virginia G. Wright

Brockport: Peacefully with her daughter by her side April 14, 2015. Virginia G. Wright, 94 at the Masonic Care Community in Utica, NY. She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Martin B. Wright in 2005; her son, David and her sister, Marilyn Tolar; as well as her parents, Harry (DVM) and Ruth Greene. Virginia is survived by her devoted daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Patrick Mullally of Marcy, NY; grandchildren, Ryan Mullally and Meghan (Andrew) Kauffman; great-grandchildren, Ruby and Kendall Mullally and Cory Kauffman; several nieces & nephews and many Brockport & Utica friends. Virginia was a graduate of Brockport State Teacher’s College and retired after 22 years of teaching Primary Grades at Brockport & Hilton. She was a member of the former Lakeside Memorial Hospital Magnolia Twig. Martin and Ginny traveled to all 49 continental states with their Airstream Trailer (1950 Vintage) which has been donated to the Airstream Museum in Ohio. Friends are invited to call Saturday 2-4 PM at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue, Hilton, where a Service will be held at 4 PM after calling. A Private Interment will be held in Lake View Cemetery, Brockport.
