Newark, NY: January 28, 2016. Arlene Semmler, 84. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Elmer O. Semmler; her children, Steven Semmler and Susan (Bradley) Balschmiter; her grandchildren, Baylee, Brandice & Breiten Balschmiter and Kristin (Rob) Frace; and great-grandson, Dylan Frace.
