Russell is survived by his loving wife, Joanne Vancheri; children, Antonio Vancheri, Lillian (Jamal) Tawil, Angelo Vancheri & Danielle (Jim) Pashalidis; grandchildren, Giovanina & Ariana Vancheri, Claudia & Ross Tawil and Rion & Alexandro Pashalidis; brother, Salvatore (Anna) Vancheri; sisters, Rosa (Gioccino) Prestipino & Dora (Vincenzo) Rizza; several nieces and nephews, and many family and friends in Italy - la famiglia in Italia; Le sorelle Rosa e Dora, il fratello Totino, i cognati Prestipino Gioacchino, Rizza Enzo e Medico Anna, i nipoti Prestipino Giuseppe, Liliana, Lisa e Nino, Rizza Iole e Liliana, Vancheri Fabiola, Laura, Claudia, Federica e Giada, le zie Angela, Michela e Maria. Family and friends are invited to call Friday, March 11th from 4 – 7 PM at Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home in Hilton. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, March 12th at St. Margaret Mary Church, 401 Rodgers Pkwy, Rochester, NY 14617 at 9:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101 in memory of Russell.
