Hilton: On April 24, 2016 at age 82. Phyllis was predeceased by her son, Gerald. She is survived by her husband, Howard: children, Gail Palmer, Dawn (Steve) Ellis & Eric Vragel; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
