Obituary of Laverne G. Schneider

Hilton - Laverne G. Schneider passed away on Monday, March 11, 2019 at the age of 78.  He is survived by his wife, Diane; his children, Craig (Vera) Schneider, Chris Schneider, John Jurs and Lyndsey Jurs; his 6 grandchildren, Kerrin Schneider, Ciara (Damien) Gravelle, Kristin Schneider, Cara Culotta, Jonah Jurs and Arianna Jurs; his 2 great-granddaughters, Emmalyn & Madilyn Gravelle; and his nieces, nephew and many friends.

Vern (Barney) served in the US Army during the Vietnam era, retired from Kodak, and retired from Greece transportation. Vern enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, and golfing through the years.

Friends and family are invited to call on Friday, March 15th from 4 - 7 PM at the THOMAS E. BURGER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 735 East Avenue in Hilton where his Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, March 16th at 10:00 AM.
