I just happened to come across this obituary when trying to locate old friends, coworkers from Kodak. I had the privilege of working with Vern for about 10 years. He was a great man. We actually shared the same birthday but I was 20 years younger. I actually have a picture of us celebrating our birthdays together at Kodak. I lost track of so many special people when I left Kodak in 1989 & he was one of them. Time/ life marches on. My only regret is that I waited too long to reconnect .
