Obituary of Mary Louise McNeill Ott

Greece - Mary Louise McNeill Ott, born November 9, 1926 and died January 5, 2022. She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth McNeill; by her second husband, Carl Ott; and by her son, Jeffrey McNeill.  She is survived by her children, Lisa (Richard) Clement and Glenn (Kelly) McNeill; her grandchildren, Christina, Megan, Thomas, Allison and Ryan; her great-grandchildren, Alex and Anna; her step-daughters, Lisa, Christine, Laurie, Sarah and Jennifer.

Mary went to the U of R and obtained her R.N. She was married to Kenneth in 1950 and they had three children. Mary was a Girl Scout Leader and was active in John Knox Presbyterian Church.  She worked as an Executive Assistant at Greece Central School district. She volunteered as a tutor for 'English as a second language' and at the Greece Food Shelf. Mary loved hosting many family gatherings. She enjoyed traveling to Austria to visit family there. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Mary married Carl Ott later in life and enjoyed gaining five step-daughters and their families.

Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, January 15, 2022 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue, where Mary's Memorial Service will be held at 2:30. Private graveside interment.
