Obituary of Ken Moore

Hilton - Lynn "Ken" Moore passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at the age of 76.  He was predeceased by his parents, Lynn and Eleanor Moore; his sister, Barbara Demunck and his brother-in-law, Donald Welch.  He is survived by his wife, Sandra (Sprague) Moore; his sons, Todd Moore and Mark Moore; his brother, Robert (Susan) Moore; his sister, Carole Welch; his twin nieces, Lily & Lydia Sprague; and several nieces & nephews and many friends.

Ken served in the US Army during the Vietnam War 1965-67, and was the past President of the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 20.

Family and friends are invited to call Friday, February 15 from 4 - 7 PM at the THOMAS E. BURGER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 735 East Avenue in Hilton where his Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 16 at 11:00 AM. 

Family, friends and Patriot Guard Riders are asked to meet at the Dakota Restaurant (913 Roosevelt Highway) parking lot at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2020.  All will then process to the Greenwood Cemetery in Kendall for Ken’s Military Honors Ceremony and Committal.
