Obituary of Harold E. Lemcke

Hilton - Harold E. "Bud" Lemcke passed peacefully on June 24, 2023 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by his wife, Shirley Blair Lemcke; his son, Chuck Lemcke; and his daughter, Julie Lemcke. He is survived by his son, Robert (Kathryn) Lemcke; his grandchildren, Mary (Ben) Lemcke, and Sarah Lemcke; his brother, Donald "Buck" (Jackie) Lemcke; his brother-in-law, Chet Delano; his sisters-in-law, Arletta Lemcke, Barb Lemcke, Sherry Lemcke, Joan Blair, and Em Blair; his many nieces and nephews, a large extended family; and his many friends. Bud was also predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Myrtle Lemcke; his brothers, Art, Howard, Richard, Robert, John, Larry, Gerry and Allen; and his sisters, Hazel, Florence, Helen, Shirley, Geraldene and Betty Lou.

Bud was retired from Eastman Kodak Co., where he worked as a Machinery Foreman. He will be remembered for enjoying a Manhattan with family members and friends, his love of entertaining and nature and the outdoors, and his enjoyment of hunting and being a member of the Manitou Gun Club.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, June 30, 2023 from 11:00 - 1:00 pm at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., 735 East Avenue, Hilton, where Bud's Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm. Interment will immediately follow in Parma Union Cemetery.
