I never had the opportunity to meet Thelma. I came about this lovely tribute while completing genealogy research. Thelma’s husband, Robert, is the older brother of my grandmother, Marion, who passed away in 2019. Robert, or Bobby, as my grandmother referred to him as, had two more sisters, Dorothy and Shirley, who passed away in 1994 and 2002. Roberts brother Richard passed away in 1983. His youngest brother James passed away also, but I do not have the year. My grandmother spoke very little about her past, so we set about to research the names discovered. It is very beautiful to see the outpouring of love here. Robert and Thelma are my mother, Deborah’s aunt and uncle! ♥️
