Robert J. Crowley

Bob passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2021 at the age of 80. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Mary; his children, Deborah (Rory) Patrie, Daniel (Renee) Crowley and Douglas (Emily) Crowley; his grandchildren, Pamela (Tom) Elias, Rory (Grace) Patrie, Stephen, Michael and Danielle, and Lila & Calla Crowley; and his great-grandchildren, Emma & Eric Elias.

Bob was one of eight children of the late John and Fernand Crowley and is survived by his siblings, Nancy Huttlinger, Eileen Magin, John (Nancy) Crowley and Ruth Burgart. He was predeceased by his siblings, Tom (Velma) Crowley, David (Cindy) Crowley, Pat (John) Hoppe and Don Magin. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Kathy Mirguet; and many nieces and nephews.

There were three things Bob loved most in life: his wife & family -- his friends - he never went anywhere without making a new friend -- and work. You seldom saw him without his orange hard hat. People always asked if he wore it to bed.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, October 6th from 3 - 7 PM at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., 735 East Avenue in Hilton. Bob's Funeral Mass will take place Thursday, October 7th at 11:30 AM at St. Lawrence Church, 1000 N. Greece Road. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Flowers are gratefully declined.
