Obituary of Shirley M. Bayer

Hilton - Shirley Bayer passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Bayer (November 6, 2020). She is survived by her children, Cathy (David Connors) Morthorst, Joseph (Melissa) Bayer and Karen McLaughlin; her grandchildren, Nicole, Joseph and Danielle; her great-grandchild, Cali; and her nephew, Daniel Sharpsteen.

Shirley and her husband enjoyed camping and pool activities. Her family was very special to her, and she will be missed by them all as well as her many cats.

Friends are invited to call at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc, 735 East Avenue in Hilton, following CDC guidelines, on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 5 -7 p.m, where Shirley's Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m.

Interment will take place in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
