Rochester - Thomas P. Curtis passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021, at the age of 39. He is survived by his parents, James & Terri Utter; his sister, Shannon Curtis; his brothers, Brandon & Brett Utter; his 3 nieces & 2 nephews.
