I so enjoyed the time I worked with Carole -- she was a kind and gentle soul with a beautiful smile. Sorry sorry to her entire family for their loss.

All the years at WXXI, Carole made the visits to her area very welcoming. She made everyone feel welcome and we got to catch up on a great many things. My heart goes out to the family. She was a wonderful woman.

Bill has kept us updated on his visits and her condition and we prayed for her to have peace.
