I give my love to Billy's family, and friends I am very sorry for your loss..I knew Billy, I know he was always full of energy, give his shirt of his back for anyone. Take the time to give someone who's down words of hope, and the chance to see things how Billy sees them. He seemed like a very caring and respectful person. A very honest and loyal friend, that you would be proud to say he's on my side and fear if you got on his bad side. Never could anyone mess with someone he cared about well he was there...he was funny, and good to my mother who was his teacher in high school..rip Billy , you will be missed and tell your brother I said, we all said hello!
