Obituary of Winifred Evelyn Carr

Winifred Evelyn (Albro) Carr, age 94, Glendale, Arizona, formerly of Hilton, NY. Winifred passed away December 10, 2016 in Peoria, Arizona. She was born November 4, 1922, and predeceased by her husband, Carl Edward Carr; her mother, Helen Albro  and her daughter-in-law, Mary Shelgreen Carr.  She is survived by her siblings, Arthur Albro, Glenn Albro and Elizabeth Mazzeo; her sons, Richard E. Carr (Rose) and James K. Carr, (Marcia); her grandchildren, Jared, Darcy Anderson, Jacob, Cheryl, Patrick, Adam, Ryan and Samantha; and her 18 great-grandchildren.  Mrs. Carr was active in St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Brockport, NY and enjoyed interaction with her extended family and friends.  Her sons, and their families as well as her siblings meant the world to her.

All are welcome to call from 10-11 AM Saturday, May 20th at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., 735 East Avenue, Hilton, followed by her Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will be held in Parma Union Cemetery.
