Obituary of Dorothy C. Musclow

Hilton - Dorothy C. Musclow passed away on October 16, 2025 at the age of 97.  She was predeceased by her husband, Elmer F. Musclow; her parents, Peter and Agnes Pschirrer; and by her 10 siblings.  She is survived by her children, James (Kathleen) Musclow and Richard (Debra) Musclow; her 7 grandchildren, James (Sherry) Musclow, Rhonda (Khris) Bailey, Rosine Musclow, Stephanie Musclow, Matthew Musclow, Rick (Christina) Musclow, and Marc (Nicole) Musclow; her 15 great-grandchildren, Kayla, Kamryn, Kalin, Ila, Leif, Joseph, Joshua, Akoa, Nima, Maxwell, Zoe, Adrianna, Daniella, Tycen, and Brittany; and her many nieces and nephews. 

Born in Rochester, Dorothy worked for many years as a devoted Secretary for Taylor Instruments.  She found joy in the simple pleasures of life—bird watching, her favorite soap operas, and her cherished trips to Fort Myers, Florida. She had a special fondness for lighthouses, which reflected her own steady and guiding presence in the lives of those she loved.  Above all, Dorothy treasured time with her family and grandchildren, who brought her endless pride and happiness. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, October 27, 2025 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., 735 East Avenue, Hilton, NY 14468, where Dorothy's Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 11:00 am.  Interment in Parma Union Cemetery.
