Obituary of Candice K. Hinzman
Hilton - Candice Hinzman, age 74, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2025.
She was predeceased by her parents, Charles “Bud” and Lorraine Horn, and her beloved daughter, Christine L. Hilts. Candice is survived by her devoted husband, Gary; loving daughter, Nicole Dixon (Felix Soto); cherished grandchildren, Joshua and Matthew; and her brothers, Gary (Dorothy) Horn and Greg Horn.
Candice dedicated more than 30 years of service to Rochester Telephone, where she was known for her professionalism, dedication, and warmth toward colleagues and customers alike. Beyond her career, Candice was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She took great pride in her family and found joy in spending time with those she loved most.
Her kindness, steady presence, and gentle humor will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Visitation hours will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 4 - 7 pm at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue in Hilton where Candice's Funeral Service will take place on Friday, October 24th at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held in Parma Union Cemetery following the service.
