Obituary of Mary E. Velten

Rochester - Mary E. Velten, age 74

January 23, 1951 - March 9, 2025

Mary is survived by her son, Patrick J. Velten; her grandson, Patrik M. Velten; her 3 siblings, Deborah (Rick) Chick, Penny Buckman, and Kenny Buckman; and several nieces and nephews.  A special thank you to her niece, Heather for the love and care she gave while Mary was on comfort care.

Mary was predeceased by her mother, Jean; her stepfather, Ray Buckman; and her brother, Jacque Barber; as well as numerous seeing eye dogs that she loved dearly.

Mary will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Services will be held at a later date in summer.  Please check back for updated information.  Interment will be held in Creekside Cemetery, 40 N Main St., Churchville, NY 14428.
