Obituary of Ralph A. Villa Jr.

Hilton - Ralph A. Villa Jr. passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at the age of 92. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, LaNette Czerniak Villa; his sons, William (Gloria) Villa, Ralph Villa III, and William Czerniak; his 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Ralph was predeceased by his parents, Ralph A. and Dora Villa Sr.; and his son, Neil Villa (2013).

Ralph was a veteran of the US Marines and the US Army, having served 1947- 1952. Ralph was responsible for the set up and programming of the voting machines on each election day all over Monroe County for 20 years. He was a lifelong barber and proprietor of the Clarkson Barber Shop, and was an avid Buffalo Bills fan. Ralph will be greatly missed by the community and his loving family.

Ralph's Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st from 4 - 7 p.m. at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue in Hilton. His Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, March 22nd at 10:00 a.m. at St. Leo the Great Church,110 Old Hojack Lane in Hilton. Entombment with Military Honors will be held in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery following the Mass.
