After highschool, she worked for the telephone company for 3 years as an operator. She met and married the love of her life, Charlie in 1964. In her leisure, she loved playing golf and played in several leagues. She also enjoyed gathering with various friends on weekends for breakfast and dinner outings, traveling - including taking 5 cruises, going to casinos, and just sitting out in the sunshine on her deck.

She always went above and beyond. She made every birthday, anniversary and holiday special. Spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren was the highlight of her life.
