Obituary of John S. Neri Jr.

Greece - John S. Neri Jr. passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025 at the age of 66. He was predeceased by his wife, Debra Neri; his parents, John S. and Elaine A. Neri; his sisters, Deborah Kuitems, Gerry Meisenzahl, Catherine Paye, and Cindy (Ron) Manchester. He is survived by his children, John (Gia) Neri III and Shannon Scriber; his brother, Rodney (Vivian) Neri; his grandchildren, Ava, Alana, Maddox, and Azalia; and several nieces and nephews.

John was employed by Eastman Kodak for many years. He enjoyed hunting, camping, 4-wheeling, wrenching and tinkering, as well as woodworking. He loved bonfires where he would hang out and enjoy the company of his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 11th from 5 - 7 p.m. at Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue in Hilton, followed by John's Service at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be held in Parma Union Cemetery later in the spring.
