On behalf of the Monroe County Library System, please accept our deepest sympathies on Carolyn’s passing. Carolyn was a tireless advocate for the Hamlin Library and so invested in providing the best library possible to the Hamlin community. She was a true gem and will be sorely missed.
You were an amazing human being and a wonderful woman. You inspired many and you have a magnificent legacy that you have left behind. Dad, Mom, Casey and I will miss you so much, Grandma. I know that you made an impact on my life and I will never forget you.
What a wonderful lady Carolyn was. Her heart as big as gold. Always there for anyone. I had the honor of getting to know her at Hilton school where I was lucky to work with her in the library. Through the years she always had a special kindness towards me. I knew if I needed to talk she would be there. I am in shock and my heart is broken to learn of her passing. My love goes to Charlie, and her children and of of her loved ones. I will miss her so very much. Love you Carolyn
